• Breakfast is served 06:00 – 10:00 daily at 2nd Floor at the South Building (accessible by McDonald’s South Lift lobby), please change elevators on the G floor from this main building and follow the Breakfast signs.
• The swimming pool and fitness center is located on the 4th Floor of the main wing
(open from 07.00-23.00 daily – pool closes at 22.30 PM).
• To activate the power in your room, please only use our Hotel Keycard to insert into the cardholder
power strip by the entrance door, other cards will damage the system and a damage fee will incur.
• Air conditioning: After the card is inserted into the room’s power strip, the AC will automatically turn on,
please allow 10-15 minutes for the room to cool down to a desirable temperature.
• Bathroom electric curtain controls is located in the bathroom under the hair dryer. Please refrain from
manual tugging of the curtain, as it will damage the system and a damage fee will incur.
• Hot bath/shower water: Turn the knob to the right for hotter water.
• Telephone: You may use the in-room phone to call other guests’ room (C= Press 3 + Room Number,
E = Press 2 + Room Number, S = Press 1 + Room Number), or the Front Desk at 0 and
Room Service at 5043 (Available 10:00-23.00) – Please scan the QR code in your room for the Menu.
• Check out is < 12.00pm, please return all key cards to the reception. Late check out is subjected to
availability only, with a surcharge. Any loss keycard will be fined 300 THB per card.
• No smoking is allowed in the room, as prohibited in all indoors area as per Thai law, a 5,000 THB fine will
be imposed on smokers.
• Pungent food/fruits such as Durian or staining fruits such as Mangosteen is prohibited in the room, and a
